We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead for most services. Soft play and rentals fill quickly in peak season (May through August, and December), so the sooner you reach out the better the chance we can hold your date.

Yes. A 50% deposit is due at signing and secures your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before your event. Your date is not confirmed until the signed agreement and deposit are both received.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a full refund. Inside 14 days, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Inside 7 days, the full balance remains due. Deposits hold your date and cover design time and materials ordered on your behalf.

One date change is free if you request it 14 or more days before your original event date, subject to availability. Inside 14 days, a $50 rebooking fee applies.

We accept Venmo, cash, and check made payable to Megill Designs. Payment details are included on your signed agreement.

Our team arrives approximately 1 hour before your event start time to deliver, set up and style everything. If we are unable to begin on time for reasons outside our control — venue access, a delayed earlier event — a late-start fee of $25 per hour applies.

We are based in Chalfont, Pennsylvania and serve all of Bucks County and Montgomery County, including Doylestown, Newtown, Langhorne, Warrington, New Hope, Yardley, Perkasie, Sellersville, Furlong, Buckingham and Jamison. Events requiring significant travel may include a travel fee, always shown in your quote before you commit.
