How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for most services. Soft play and rentals fill quickly during peak season (May–August and December) — the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of securing your date.
Is a deposit required to hold my date? +
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe and Square, as well as Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full refund (less deposit). 14–29 days out receive 50%. Within 14 days are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, as they hold your date and cover early prep.
Where are you located and how far do you travel? +
We're a proud Bucks County-based business serving the greater Bucks County area and surrounding communities including Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and parts of New Jersey. Events requiring significant travel may include a travel fee, always shown transparently in your quote.

Absolutely — every celebration is different and all packages are fully customizable. In fact, we'd prefer you customize; that's where our differentiators shine and what makes your party truly unique.
