Everything you need to know before we get started.

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for most services. Bounce house rentals require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. During peak season (May–August and December) our calendar fills quickly — the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of securing your date.
Is a deposit required to hold my date? +
Yes — a 20% deposit is required to officially secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe and Square, making payment simple and secure.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in all cases, as they hold your date and cover early preparation work.
Where are you located and how far do you travel? +
We are a proud Bucks County-based business and serve the greater Bucks County area and surrounding communities including Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and parts of New Jersey. Events requiring significant travel beyond our local service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will always be communicated transparently in your quote before you commit to anything.
How long does setup take? +
Setup time varies by service. Balloon arch installations typically take 1–2 hours. Bounce house setup takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Full coordination packages may require 2–4 hours. We always arrive early so that everything is flawless before your first guest walks through the door.
Can I customize my package? +
Absolutely — every celebration is different and we love building something unique to your vision. All packages are fully customizable. Reach out for a free pre-event consultation and we'll design something tailored specifically for you.
Do you offer digital invitations only, or printed too? +
Both! Digital invitation suites start at $75 and are delivered as soon as the design is finalized and approved — perfect for easy sharing. Printed invitations start at $125 with a minimum order of 25 prints. Many clients choose both — digital for the convenience and printed as a keepsake your guests will hold onto.
